Milla is a qualified Pilates teacher with Body Arts Science International (B.A.S.I.) and offers classes to suit all ages and abilities.
With a background in health and sports and a passion for movement and fitness Milla believes that Pilates can help create a strong, lean body and she enjoys helping clients achieve this. She also works alongside physiotherapists and health professionals to help keep people moving pain free.
Her studio in North Norfolk, is equipped with the latest apparatus from Balanced Body. This includes Reformer, Tower, Wunda Chair and Ladder Barrel ensuring that she can accommodate every clients needs.
Whether you are joining classes, having private one to ones or duets the method is one of layering. New exercises are added to your sessions so you will always be building on top of what you have learnt and being challenged both physically and mentally, progressing in every session.
