Movement is essential. 

We all need to move; to enjoy it, to feel freedom in it and to strengthen our bodies and release tension through it. Everybody feels better with movement.

I am passionate about Pilates and how a fluid sequence of dynamic movements can help strengthen, rehabilitate and release tension in our bodies and minds.  It is a form of exercise, a meditation in movement and a release.  It is a life long exploration; dynamic, flowing and enlivening.  

My classes are a combination of low impact strength training mixed with cardio and balance work.  Designed to build strong foundations and toned muscles whilst creating a longer, leaner body and releasing tension and stress, both mental and physical.  My intention is you will leave feeling stronger, more toned, relaxed and happier.

 

Founded on a desire to reframe the way you feel about yourself, your body and your relationship with exercise, I offer bespoke 1:1 and group classes both online and in my  North Norfolk Studio.  Tailored to suit every level and ambition, each class is designed to educate, inspire and transform.

Learning to breathe more fully and strengthening your body through movement with awareness will help you adopt a sustainable approach to exercise. This will bring a  sense of fulfilment and ease to your everyday life.
